1. Booking Services
SDV Cabs provides cab booking and transportation-related services. Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
2. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the name, mobile number, pickup location, destination, date and time entered during booking are correct.
SDV Cabs shall not be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking until confirmation is provided through the website, SMS, email, telephone or another authorized communication method.
4. Fare and Charges
The applicable fare may depend on the vehicle category, distance, duration, route, waiting time, tolls, parking fees, taxes and other applicable charges.
Additional charges may apply where applicable and may be communicated during or after the journey.
5. Cancellation
Customers may cancel bookings subject to the cancellation rules applicable to the particular booking.
Cancellation charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the amount paid by the customer.
6. Driver and Vehicle
SDV Cabs may assign a suitable vehicle and driver based on availability. Vehicle images, specifications and driver details displayed online may be subject to change.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Behave respectfully with drivers and service personnel.
- Follow applicable traffic and transportation rules.
- Not damage or misuse the vehicle.
- Not use the service for illegal activities.
- Pay applicable fares and additional charges.
8. Prohibited Activities
Customers must not use SDV Cabs services for unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous or unauthorized purposes.
9. Delays and Force Majeure
SDV Cabs shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including traffic congestion, accidents, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, road closures or other unforeseen events.
10. Lost Property
Customers should check the vehicle before leaving. SDV Cabs may assist in recovering lost belongings, but cannot guarantee recovery of lost property.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SDV Cabs shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
12. Website Availability
We attempt to keep the website available and functional; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, network failures or circumstances beyond our control.
13. Intellectual Property
Website content, logos, graphics, text, design and other materials belonging to SDV Cabs may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
14. Modification of Terms
SDV Cabs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
15. Governing Law
